Training Options
We offer a variety of options for owners and their dogs. We shape and personalize the program to fit your needs instead of trying to fit you into a cookie cutter program.
- Board & Train: - This is the best option for optimal results. Your dog will stay with me at my home (onsite and just like being at home) for 2 + weeks. While with us, he will spend his time being worked multiple times per day on the basic obedience commands, working on specific needs/behaviors, as well as interacting with my family and our dogs. We will have fun times on walks and "hanging out" with my pack just being a dog. It's not all fun and games though. I expect her to follow the rules as I have set out for her on top of the obedience commands. Before your dog goes home, we will have a session of our own to ensure that you fully understand whats going on with your dog and how to keep him on the right path. This option can include remote collar training $1400 2 weeks
- E-Collar - Is Fido bigger than you are? Is he deaf? Would you like to have the freedom of "off-leash" and the security of a leash? Then a remote collar may be for you. E-touch is a safe, humane and effective method for using remote collars. These tools are safe, humane and highly effective when used appropriately.(learn more)
- Private Lessons - During a series of lessons (6 one-on-one lessons), I can work with you and your dog on basic obedience, customized to fit your specific needs. Classes held either here with us or in your home. $500 (1 class free!)
- Problem Solving - Is you dog fearful, excitable, aggressive or just plain 'rude'? Does he bolt out the door or "surf" the kitchen counter for tasty treats? Does it take a force of nature to get her into the car or bath tub? Any or all of these along with a never-ending list of strange or unwanted behaviors, can be corrected. I will help you overcome these hurdles with simplicity and common sense. $250/3hrs or $100/hr
- Seminars - for vet/shelter/groomer staff on a better approach to dealing with trouble client dogs.
- Group Classes - offered on limited requested basis. For groomers/vets/shelters/etc. who can request group sessions for their clients.
